YouTube-rs: Zoella

I don't know about you, but I simply couldn't live without YouTube! What would I do with my spare time if I couldn't watch cute videos of kittens. Well, OK, I don't actually watch cute videos of kittens but I do watch YouTube channels. Recently I subscribed to a channel called Zoella. It's a channel ran by a girl which features make-up reviews, fashion reviews and general girly-ness.
Here's Zoella's most recent videos:

Click HERE to go to Zoella's main channel, where there are links to her Twitter, Instagram etc.

Zayn Malik: Cheater?

If your a One Direction fan, a 'directioner' then you've probably heard the rumors that Zayn has cheated on his girlfriend, Little Mix's Perri. And because your a directioner you probably don't believe the rumors to be true. Well, I'm not sure if they are true or not, but I was on perezhilton.com earlier and I came across this video. Despite his irritating voice this man does actually have quite a good point, after all, there's no smoke without fire. Watch it and see what you think:

Rita Sticks Her Middle Finger Up

This Tuesday singer Rita Ora was photographed outside the O2 Academy in Glasgow, wearing a rather offensive top, depicting a pattern of pixilated middle fingers. If it wasn't for the offensive top and bizarre beanie Rita would look stylish, in her bomber jacket and cat eye sunglasses.

Glutenized Miley Cyrus

Look at this picture of Party in the USA singer Miley Cyrus:
What do you think of it? I'm not going to comment, but here's what she had to say:

"I now remember why I never eat pizza. It makes me feel like s--t. Glutenized,"
"Let me clarify 's--t' wasn't meaning 'fat.' I mean sick. Because gluten is poisoning me. Your stomach has a brain too and it hates s--t food."
Read more celebrity gossip at: http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com#ixzz2JOQcUXh4

Gluten poisoned? Can gluten even poison you? I'm pretty sure it can't. I just thought that this was a bit of an odd picture, and a bit of an odd comment. Dare we say that she is perhaps on the look out for a little attention maybe?

Pregnant Princess and Plastic Surgery

Pregnant Princess Kate Middleton has, according to perezhilton.com, been spotted shopping for jeggings in Gap. Gap?!? She's a Princess! Surely she can afford to buy her jeggings from slightly more expensive shops, don't you think? Still, tghe country does need to save money, so I guess that this is just her little way of helping.

A large proportion of the nation seems to be obsessed with Kate's nose. According to the Daily Mail requests for plastic surgery to give people a nose like Kate's has tripled since 2011.

Posh Spice Goes To... The Local Chippy?

What HAS Posh got in her £2000 bag... Cruz's cod and chips?
Victoria Beckham has, this week, been spotted, dressed 100% in designer clothes, buying fish and chips. I bet that the person who served her was shocked! Fancy Posh, of all the people, of all the spice girls, buying fish and chips from a chippy!

Unglamourous Adele

This week singer Adele has also been spotted with her 3 month old baby son, looking rather unglamourous and un-Adele like. As well as looking slightly odd Adele is also behaving oddly. Apparently she refuses to be seen with her fiance and she has yet to officially announce the name of her son, who I'm sure must be absolutely adorable.

Tut Tut Bieber!

This picture I came across whilst scrolling through celeb news website thehollywoodgossip.com
In this picture not only is Justin Bieber kissing one of his fans, who I think looks a little like Selena Gomez, Justin's ex, he also appears to be grabbing her boob!

Are You Brainier Than Joey Essex?

From Celebrity Juice.

As promised, here's a quiz. And not just a bog-standard quiz. Oh no. This quiz is VERY difficult, or at least it is if your name happens to be Joey Essex. Make sure you remember your answers, to see whether your brainier than Joey Essex or not.

Q1) What country does Danish bacon come from?

Q2) How many sides does a square have?

Q3) Finish off this famous phrase; 'It's raining cats and ____'.

Q4)What animal does beef come from?

Q5)Which country borders Wales?

And now for the answers-watch this clip and no cheating!

Well, how many did you get right? Joey scored a marvelous 2/5, what did you get? Are you brainier than him or not? And if your not, then how the hell did you manage to read the questions?

I hope you enjoyed that quiz, and managed to score at the very least 4/5 on it.

Headlines

This morning there were two rather interesting headlines on the Daily Mail, the paper which seems to pop through my letterbox everyday.

'Andy was flying until a feather floored him'
The first one was about Andy Murray, and the fact that he didn't manage to win his match against Nadel. For some bizzare reason the Mail has decided that a feather that some how managed to float down onto Murray's side of the court was to blame for his defeat. I'm sorry, but really? The real reason Murray lost was because he'd got a bad foot and simply because Nadel, on that particular day, played better than him. And Andy was NOT flying, he did do the odd jump but that is not classed as flying.

'Harry leaves all night party...at 10.30am!'
Oh no! Catastrophe! A young 28 year old solider home from Afghanistan can't possibly go out partying all night! What a crime! True, he is an important figure in Britain, a prince to be precise, but even so, why shouldn't he have a good time? At least photos of him playing strip billiards didn't get shared around the world again, in fact Harry himself said that it was a 'private occasion' and that the pictures should not have been leaked. In my opinion they shouldn't have even been took. Anyway, we can only wait with baited breath to see what one of, if not the, worlds most eligible bachelor will get up to next.

Arctic, Tears, Technology

Hey :)

So I've finally managed to do that annoying homework :), thank god for school email systems. Sorry, I simply just had to tell you that! Anyway, can you notice anything different? Anything different about my blog at all? Perhaps the new background? The new header? The logo's down the side? Yes, in a bid to make TPimH more professional-looking I've redesigned. Hope you like it! By clicking on the logos down the side you can go directly to my Tumblr/Instagram/Twitter, and you can directly follow me on all of them! So, once you've read this post, you can go follow!

Well then, today's Sunday which means that the weekends almost over (BooHoo). So, this weekends been rather weird weather wise. Friday night there was literally tonnes of snow, meaning that when I woke up Saturday morning I was only a few centimeters away from being snowed in. Luckily I wasn't and myself and my family went to an area of England, known as the Peak District where there was even more snow than there was where I live and it was even colder. The roads were slow and the car journey was extremely irritating, but luckily I had old episodes of Celebrity Juice on my iPod to keep me entertained throughout the journey, making it seem not as long as it actually was, by that I mean that the car journey seemed to go fairly quickly. Anyway I took my camera with me so I could get some lovely shots of the snow, icicles and what-not. I walked up this seemingly mahoosive hill and got my camera out to take a lovely scenic photograph, like the ones you see on postcards. But oh no, my camera was not gonna take a photo. In fact, it refused to even switch on (mardy bugger). This was, of course, extremley annoying but, being me, I decided to try and make the best of it, by taking some photos on my phone. Of course, these photos turned out absolutely awfully shockingly. So yes, I would've had some beau-ti-ful photographygraphs to show you, but stupid camera decided not to work. And, when I got home, the fudging thing decided to work.
Last night there was the equivalent of Friday nights snow, but this time it was rain. Thank the lord! The snow is (almost) dead. For now at least. Honestly, I do love the snow so long as there's enough of it so we get the day off but if we still have to go to school? Then I absolutely loathe (posh word used there, make note!) it. It just gets in the way and means that you have to wonder around dressed like you live within the Arctic Circle, in order to remain warm.

Somehow I stumbled across this rather amusing photo of Holly Willoughby (whose name is trickyer than a rubix cube to spell) with Ant & Dec, at the after-party of the NTAs (last years I think). It gave me the chuckles, so I thought it might give them you too:

In case your wondering, the two things which Holly is holding are two NTA awards.

I was looking around YouTube, you know, like you do, when I came across this interview from This Morning (not this morning as in today, but as in the daytime telly show). It's really quite sweet and, I admit it, almost had me in tears

It's really quite moving, don't you think?

After that moving interview here's something, quite a lot less moving, for you to watch. It's a clip of Caroline Flack on Celebrity Juice, and it's a montage of all the Harry Styles jokes.....

Prepare yourself for a quiz! That's what my next post will be :)

Egg Roulette, Chainsaws, Acapulco

Hey :)

Now, before I begin, I just want to let you know that today's video clip is one of the best, if not THE best, that I've posted so far.

Grrr! Stupid Maths teachers set me some homework on this site called MyMaths (it's awful, it hardly works and it's really complicated to use and is the reason I didn't post yesterday, sorry). I've had about 9999999 goes at it and I can't get enough answers right to get a green smiley face. I can only get enough right to get an orange one. And, apparently, no matter how many times I attempt the homework, it's only done when you've got a green smiley face for it. Honestly, I can't wait to be at sixth form. Then I'll never have to study Maths again. Yippee!!

Anyway, I found out an interesting fact, when your 18 (in the UK) you can apply for a chainsaw license. The second I turn 18 there'll be no trees left. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

As you may or may not know, DJ Fearne Cotton is in the club (pregnant). As well as being a Radio 1 DJ she is also a team captain on Celebrity Juice. Because shes gonna have baby shes taking a year off, and Kelly Brook is going to take her place (queue slightly sexist jokes from Keith Lemon).

And some more celeb news, about Kristen Bell and Gossip Girl Acapulco.

Some more information about the Gossip Girl Acapulco:

Gossip Girl, Nip/Tuck go Spanish

Warner Bros has struck a trio of Latino deals that will see Spanish-language remakes of Gossip Girl and Nip/Tuck and a new version of Brazilian telenovela Gabriela going global

And Kristen Bell's comments on Dan being Gossip Girl:

So yes, I hope that you found all that celeb news at least vaguely interesting. And now for today's video clip, today it's a clip of the Jonathon Ross Show, with Celebrity Juice's Holly, Fearne and, of course, Keith Lemon.

That 11 year old.... How? Why? He shouldn't even know who Keith is! Anyway, that's all for today! Byee!

Gossip Girl; Acapulco

I've found some more info about the Latin American Gossip Girl; Gossip Girl Acapulco. Here's an article all about it:

GOSSIP GIRL ACAPULCO
GOSSIP-GIRL-ACAPULCO-to-be-Produced-in-Mexicgo-20130124
A Spanish-language version of the long running hit series Gossip Girl has been commissioned by Televisa in Latin America from Warner Bros. International Television Production. The 25 episode season, to be shot in Acapulco and produced by Mexico City based El Mall, will premiere in October 2013 on Canal 5 in Mexico, with more pan regional broadcasters to follow. Titled Gossip GirlACAPULCO, the format was originally unveiled last week by its producers in Mexico.

The U.S. version of the show, about a group of affluent young elite who use their money, access and appetite to explore all the temptations urban life has to offer, has been a Cult hit for the cable channel for the last five years, winning a legion of devoted fans.

Originally produced in the U.S. by Fake Empire, Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Television and CBS Television Studios, the hit series ran on The CW from 2007 for six seasons and over 100 episodes. Inspired by the best-selling series of young-adult novels, Gossip Girl was executive produced by Josh Schwartz (Chuck, The O.C.) and Stephanie Savage (The O.C.).

"We are very excited about working with El Mall and Televisa on the Latin American version of GOSSIP GIRL. The show has established itself as an icon of aspirational urban lifestyle; setting trends in fashion, music and pop culture and we think that the success of the show will translate well internationally" said Andrew Zein, Senior Vice President, Creative, Format Development and Sales, Warner Bros. International Television Production.

"It is a big honor for us at El Mall to work together with Warner Bros. International Television Production in one of the most successful television shows which will let us increase our catalogue of entertainment for different audiences. It is the first time that a Mexican producing company and Warner Bros. get together in a production that will make history in Mexican television. Moreover, El Mall is very proud to have the opportunity to produce Gossip Girl ACAPULCO" - Pedro Torres, CEO, El Mall.

And a piccy of what I assume are the main cast members:

And here's the preview, unfortunately I can't understand it as it's all in Spanish but hopefully the actual episodes will be available in English, or at least with subtitles else I'll be struggling!

Quiz, Queen's and Dancing

Hey :)

Tonight is the NTA's (National Television Awards) and Derment O'Leary (I think that's how you spell his name) is presenting them. There on at 7:30, on ITV. I've voted and, I'm afraid, it's tough cheese if you haven't because voting has finished. Still, I guess you can still cross your fingers for your favourite. Personally I'm wondering how long it'll take for NTA to be trending on Twitter, not long methinks. Click HERE to go to the official website. I was looking around the website and I found a quiz, in which I got 5/10. Halfway there, eh? Click HERE to do the quiz. Unfortunately I'm practically guranteed to miss the start but I should manage to watch, and tweet, about most of it. My twitter is @Rebecca_rew, just so you know! (Hint, hint, go folllow!)

Anyway, I've found another programme which looks quite good. It's all about Keith Lemon and it's called Keith Lemon's World Tour. I've not watched any of it yet but, when I have, I'll let you know how good/bad it is and possibly post links to as where to watch it.

For todays clip I've found a short clip, from Sport Relief 2012, of David Walliams and Miranda Hart dancing to ABBA's Dancing Queen:

Well, I hope you enjoyed that and just a quick reminder, there was a new episode of Pramface last night, which you might wanna watch. Byee!!

Tuesday 22 January 2013

Custard, Squiggly, Spin-Off

Hey :)

Today, unlike yesterday, school was not snowed off, so we had to go in. Which was a bit of a shame really, as an extra day off wouldn't of hurt. But I had to go home, so I got half the day off anyway!

So I don't really know what to tell you about so I thought I'd blabber on about spell-check for a bit, hope that's ok with you, but if it's not then tough! Because I'm going to anyway :) You see, spell-check is, most of the time, a great thing. And I'm sure it's even better if your American. Because, you see, my spellchecker is American. Which is great, but I'm not American! So whenever I spell a word the 'English' way spellchecker puts that red squiggly line under it and says: "No. You have spelt that word wrong you custard cream". No spellchecker, it's you that's wrong, not me, so HA!

Oh yes, and a bit of Gossip Girl news! Apparently, like most of us fans, Kristen Bell (who did the voice for GG) also thinks that Dan Humphery being GG makes no sense. Glad I'm not the only one! And apparently the show may have more episodes made, in a sort of spin-off way. A Mexican version of the show is set to be made and the cast bear a similar appearance to that of the actual cast, which I personally find a bit weird. Click HERE to find out more on this story, oh, and heres a picture of the cast:

Slightly spooky huh?

Anyway, posting everyday makes it a little tricky to think of something to post about so sorry that, like today, there sometimes a little short. Well, today's clip is one from Mrs Browns Boys, take a look, and a laugh, at this:

Monday 21 January 2013

Amarillo, Miserable, Blue

Hey :)
Today is blue monday, supposedly the most miserable day of the year. Excuse me, but it's snowing, I have the day off school to watch back to back episodes of Mrs Browns Boys and Phoenix Nights? What's so miserable about that? Ok, so I still have to go into school for some stupid exam, but so? If today is the most miserable day of the year then we must be in for one heck of a cheerful year.

This morning I was listening to the radio, and they kept mentioning Comic Relief 2013. I have no idea to as when this actually is, but I'm assuming that it's pretty soon. Because of this I've dug up some of my favourite comic relief videos from the past.....

Comic Relief 2005
Is this the way to Amarillo?
Love this, cringe when Jimmy Saville came on though.

Comic Relief 2011
Smithy to the rescue....

Now, as I've posted those two clips already I'm not going to post another, but before I go I just want to suggest that you watch Paddy's TV Guide, it's on Channel 4, Friday night, 10pm. It reminds me a bit of You've Been Framed, though its a little more structured. Theres only been one episode so far, but I've just watched it and it's pretty laid-back and funny. If you click HERE then you'll go to where you can watch it, if you don't live in the UK then I'm not sure if it'll work or not, but you might as well give it a go.
Until next time, thanks for reading, bye!

Sunday 20 January 2013

Polka Dots, Snot, Electrical Engineering.

Hey :)

I remember when we broke up, the first time. Saying this is it I've had enough, cos like, Sorry! Got that stuck in my head, honestly its so irritating! Well, then, I went sledging again today and, somehow, ended up going backwards straight through a holly bush. Yupp, that's me! And then I lost my fingerprints, trying to stop myself as my sledge flew across the tarmac. Don't know how I'm going to get my school dinner on Monday. That probably didn't make any sense to you actually, thinking about it. Well, at my school you get your food and then to pay they scan your finger, and you pay like that. You put money on your finger you see, using this machine thing. Of course, it's extremely unhygienic. Urghh. You wash your hands, go get your food, pay for it by putting your finger on a scanner that the year 7 in front of you has just wiped his snot all over, and then you proceed to eat your dinner, and, if your not careful, the product of that grimy little kids nose.

Anyway, I've found out some rather intresting, and in some cases frankly rather bizzarre facts about some celebrities. Did you know that.........

Gary Barlow once charged his bandmates £1 everytime they used his phone.
Siva Kaneswaran from The Wanted is afraid of Polka Dots.
Michael Jackson was once find £616K for overdue library books.
Caroline Flack used to work in a pork factory.
Rowan Atkinson has a masters degree in Electrical Engineering.

Bet you didn't know all, if any, of that! The thing about Rowan Atkinson surprised me the most!

Today I've found this clip of Rory in Mrs Browns Boys laughing when he's supposed to be sad for you, enjoy!

Oh, and one more thing, bleurghhh, have you heard about the tampon Facebook thing yet? If you've not, your lucky. Trust me.

Saturday 19 January 2013

Tea, Download, Splash

Hey :)
Theres quite a bit of snow about where I live at the moment so today I went sledging :) Thats the best bit of snow, well second, because getting the day off school is the best bit about snow.

I found another great app for iPods yesterday, it's called TubeBox and lets you download YouTube videos for free, so that you can watch them when you don't have internet access. I think that this is a really good idea, click HERE to go to the download page. Similar to that is the BBCiPlayer app, which lets you download BBC programmes for free, which you can watch when you have no internet access So click HERE to go to the download page.

After sledging I went to my Grandparents for tea. We had pizza and tea in china cups. So obvious, I mean, whenever you have pizza you have to have a cup of tea.

At the moment I'm watching the ITV programme called Splash! Well, I'm not really watching it, Mum reckons she is but she's not really, she's playing those irritating games that are on Facebook. Honestly, shes addicted to them. It used to be really annoying to me, because she was always sending me game requests so I decided to teach her a lesson. I unfriended her on Facebook. Ok, ok, I know it's not even remotely bad but it annoyed her so I re-friend-ed her, provided that she sent me no more game requests. Anyway, what am I on about? Your not intrested in the trifles of Facebook game requests though I guarantee that some of your Facebook friends send you them. And I bet it annoys you. Facebook's an interesting thing though. We all have a couple of hundred Facebook friends, but I don't know about you but sometimes people come up on my timeline and I think who the hell are you? I've never seen you before in my life! Of course, the sensible and most probably normal thing to do would be to click on their profile and unfriend them. But I never do that, and I have absolutely no idea why. And then some of your Facebook friends aren't actually your friends. Your just friends with them because you want to read all of their arguments, but I tell you what, it ain't half entertaining!

Anyway, heres a clip of Mrs Browns Boys (Warning: Contains strong language and adult humour):

This clips rather short but also rather funny (in my opinion anyway), oh, and it's of Michael McIntyre:

Grandparents, Telly, Blackouts

Hey :)

So today I thought I'd talk about the TV. The Telly Vision. And by that I mean I've decided to suggest to you some good telly that you might want to watch. First up, Take Me Out. Take Me Out, if you don't know, is a dating/quiz show presented by comedian Paddy McGuinness. A man comes down the 'love lift' and then tries his best to impress the 30 girls who, if unimpressed, turn out their light. (No likey, no lighty). If the poor fellow is unfortunate enough to have all 30 girls turn their lights out then he's got a blackout. This means that he doesn't get a date, but he gets some 'Paddy Love' (a hug from Paddy) and becomes a member of the 'Blackout Boys' (all of the boys from the series who got a blackout). Take Me Out is on ITV1 on a Saturday night and, like most other Saturday night shows, has a gossip show, ingeniously called Take Me Out The Gossip.

Another programme I love is Miranda, a comedy about a child-like woman's day to day life. Miranda is played/portrayed by the actress Miranda Hart. I believe that Miranda is on on Monday nights, BBC1. WARNING: This programme is shown after the watershed and contains strong language.

Mrs Browns Boys is a show about an old woman, with an irritating husband whom she calls Grandad. Mrs Brown has children who are now grown up. This is also on BBC1 on Monday, It's on before or after Miranda, I'm not sure which way around they are. WARNING: This programme is shown after the watershed and contains strong language.

Celebrity Juice is a celebrity quiz pannel show hosted by the rather orange Keith Lemon. The show has two teams, Holly Willo'booby' (as Keith calls her) and Fearne Cotton are the team captains and every week a number of celebrity guests put in apperance. Past celebrity guests have included Kelly Brook, Gino D'Acampo, Paddy McGuinness, Kerry Katona, McFly and The Wanted. WARNING: This programme is shown after the watershed and contains strong language and adult humour.

Well, I hope that you enjoyed some/all of those little clips and are considering watching some of those telly programmes. Now, for one more clip. This clip is of Lee Evans talking about visiting your Grandparents. WARNING: Contains strong language.

Well, I hope that you enjoyed todays post, thanks for reading.

Pacman, Toilet Technology, Google Doodle

Hey!
Slurrpppp. Oh, sorry! Just enjoying my gorgeous Black Forrest Gateaux hot choco :)

Have you heard about the Tesco beefburgers with horse meat in? If I'm honest with you, it really doesn't bother me. But that's just my opinion, don't take it to heart. And what else has happened in the news? Hmmm... I can't really remember, ah well.

It's absolutely freezing at the moment, in fact, it's so cold that everyday when I get in from school I have to check that my toes are still firmly attached to my feet, at the moment, they still are. Because it's absolutely freezing it keeps on snowing. At the moment its only snowing lightly but it's supposed to snow lightly all night, all of Friday and all of Saturday, and as it's not warm enough for the snow to melt I reckon it won't belong until we're up to our necks in snow.

Yesterdays Google doodle was a game, so I thought I'd post links too some Google doodle games. Just so you know, you can go on these games at school (well you can at mine anyway) because Google is a search engine and schools don't tend to block search engines.
If it's a special anniversary day or occasion then the Google logo sometimes changes. Sometime the Google logo becomes an interactive game, such as Pacman
Click on the links below to go to the Google game:

This was to celebrate pacmans 30th anniversary.

I'm not to sure what this was for, but it's quite a good game.

And now for today's comedy video, today I've picked a clip of Michael McIntyre doing stand-up, the clips called 'Public Toilet Technology' and is quite good so, enjoy!

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoyed today's clip :)
